Location:
ExCEL is a program of the University of Arkansas offered at the C. A. Vines
Arkansas 4-H Center, in west Little Rock, that is a full service conference center
with hotel style lodging, full meal service, and conference rooms designed to
meet all your needs. The 4-H Center is available for conferences ,
meetings, and retreats.
